Medical Administrator – Employee Benefits – Dubai – Regional Insurance Group

A regional privately owned group that provides insurance and reinsurance services in about 11 key markets spread over the Middle East, Africa and Europe is looking for a Medical Administrator – Employee Benefits, for their offices in Dubai.

Job responsibilities:
  • Coordinating all endorsements requests between the clients and insurance companies
  • Following up with insurance companies to ensure proper receipt of documentation related to endorsements
  • Following up with clients to ensure proper submission of documentation for smooth processing
  • Ensuring proper receipt of invoices from insurance companies and confirming that clients are billed correctly
  • Reconciling the accounts relating to endorsements under the medical policy
  • Maintaining relationship with clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree is Mandatory
  • Relevant experience is Mandatory
  • Skills needed – Proficiency in MS Office and attention to details
