Trade Commercial Coordinator – Local Stationery & Office Supplies Distributor – Beirut

A Lebanese company specialized in the sales & distribution of stationery & office supplies is looking for a Trade Commercial Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

Planning

  • Studies consumer demands
  • Attends meetings with the sales team and set plans for promotions
  • Reviews and revises sales forecasts
  • Monitors competitive brands
  • Conducts thorough brand and market analysis

Brand Management

  • Meets with the customers when required
  • Conducts daily analysis to check on the brand’s performance
  • Prepares social media posts and calendar
  • Follow up on different points of sales and needs
  • Visit and plan events in schools

Sales and Marketing Activities

  • Prepare and adapt promotional events and activities to push to achieve / exceed agreed targets
  • Monitors daily and weekly reports
  • Communicates sales reports of the brands to the executive management
  • Generates, coordinates and promotes sales activities related to the brands

Visual Merchandising

  • Coordinate for visual merchandising tools and set ups for displays
  • Communicates with the suppliers for all materials needed (for social media, display visuals, …)
Requirements:
  • Experience in distribution business is essential
  • Experience in management of social media platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design softwares is a plus
  • Good Communication skills
  • Project Management skills
